Professional training is extremely important to Zeaborn Ship Management. At our Hamburg head office we train aspiring shipping merchants (specialising on tramp shipping) every year. Continued Learning

Our employees are the most important asset at Zeaborn Ship Management. Personnel development is therefore very important to us. At Zeaborn Ship Management, investing in the development of our staff means providing our employees and executives with individual development opportunities based on their needs.

Their development need is determined in annual appraisals of employees and executives, and appropriate training programmes are arranged jointly with Human Resources. In addition we organise training courses as required in response to short-notice changes of responsibilities, legal requirements or other conditions to make sure skill sets remain current. To encourage interaction between ship and shore-based staff, we hold joint workshops regularly.
